One heck of a hog!

I know I know....this blog is suppose to be updates about me for my friends and food but I had to post this article from the Age yesterday. This is one big hog!

Wonder how many pork chops one can make from it?

And speaking about hog, check out this SGD19.50 pig knuckle I had the other night. I've never really eaten one before so I didn't expect it to be this BIG. Sorry 'bout the grainy picture but that's my poor 1.2 megapixel camera:


Needless to say, I was stuffed but happy after that (+ half a litre of beer and more beer after dinner). And the sauerkraut was nice!
